Our client inherited a very run down 4 storey terrace house off the Kings Road which he wanted to refurbish and rent. The interior design style had to be contemporary, durable and future proof for rental. The finishes had to be low maintenance and easy to keep clean. We obtained planning permission for the new conservatory and created the detailed interior architecture drawings for tender. The house was completely gutted to allow for a contemporary interior design scheme to include 3 bedrooms with en suites, 2 reception rooms, new bespoke staircase, joinery though out and a new kitchen opening onto the courtyard garden. The house was rented quickly and is still a valuable asset for the client today.
